Vedanta Empire is a non-profit media platform. The initiative utilises film, photography, audio recordings, and independent journalism to educate the public on human, animal and environmental issues. Documentaries, interviews and live events are produced and are easily accessible to an international audience.
Jiten is an experienced media personality, whose reputation with the creative as well as the engineering aspects of his craft have largely contributed to this work.
Having specialised in photography, sound and broadcast engineering, and being specifically selected by the BBC, Jiten's media knowledge contributes to his audience reach. He has worked for some of the giants in the broadcast industry, including the BBC on programmes such as Newsnight, Liquid News and Breakfast. Jiten was also the lead of 11 Radio studios, including production for Radio 4, Radio 5 and Asian Network. He has also worked alongside other global broadcasters, including MTV, Sky, NDTV, ITV and many more.

Chitravathi - A documentary film by Jiten Thakrar
This is the first ever documentary film on Chitravathi river. A landmark and spiritual pilgrimage in the town of Puttaparthi (Sathya Sai Baba's birth place). It is here where Sai Baba performed many miracles to devotees during His earlier years.
It's message is timeless and relevant for the whole globe. This documentary discloses some of the glorious days for Chitravathi, and it also shares the troubles and possible solutions for the way forward.
May He enlighten our intellects and inspire us all to proact and contribute to a better future for Mother Chitravathi.

Sathya Sai Baba was born on 23rd November 1926.
As a young boy, He declared that He was the reincarnation of Sai Baba of Shirdi. (Shirdi Sai Baba had disclosed in 1918 that He shall reincarnate again after 8 years).
Later, Sathya Sai Baba had shared with the masses that He would live in His physical form until the age of 96. However, Sathya Sai Baba took 'Maha-Samadhi' (leaving His physical form) at the age of 85.
This film shares why so many followers of Sathya Sai Baba from around the world are convinced with Faith in Him, as a 'Poorna Avatar' (God manifested in a physical form with full omni-consciousness), that He shall soon return. - In the exact same physical appearance as before!
Individuals in this movie are simply sharing their experiences, and practicing their beliefs of Surrender; by following their own God-given instructions...

Kalpatharu - The Wish-Fulfilling Tree
(A film on Sai Baba's Kalpavriksha)
A simple tamarind tree, now known as ‘Kalpatharu' or 'Kalpavriksha' (The Wish-Fulfilling Tree) stands on a hill called Obuladevara Gutta on the left bank of the Chitravathi river. In His childhood, Sathya Sai Baba had performed many miracles at this tree; such as manifesting any food His followers desired.
Today, people leave heartfelt letters tied to the tree in order for their problems to be resolved and their desires to be fulfilled.
In this film, Vijaya Kumari describes some of her experiences with Sai Baba at the Kalpatharu tree.
This release is a follow-up 'short' to the Chitravathi documentary.

Radhakrishna and Umadevi Dasari organised a program of Divine Devotion: Akhanda Bhajans at the 'Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba' Temple in Enumulapalli, Puttaparthi, India.
The spiritual singing was so vibrant; just by hearsay, the whole temple was full and overflowing with devotees also sitting outside.
This film starts with Sathya Sai Baba giving a discourse of the correct approach to bhajan singing, followed by the singing from the event mentioned above, and then finishing with an interview containing an inspiring story of how such a devoted couple were transformed from disbelief to sincere devotion to God, namely the Poorna Avatar; Sathya Sai Baba.

Baba blessed the program with Vibuthi, by manifesting it on His image during the chanting.

Cee Cee James - Spirit Of The Shaman (Dedication To Sai Baba)
Cee Cee James, alongside her partner; Rob, make a hugely talented Blues act. Cee Cee's singing is of a very 'classic and raw' Blues style. As they have had so many wonderful experiences of Sai Baba, and they share the same faith towards Sai Baba; they decided to write and record a song dedicated to Him! Above, you can listen to and watch their dedicated track, which is called 'Spirit Of The Shaman'. Jiten Thakrar took the HDR technique photographs of the Puttaparthi Sathya Sai Baba buildings contained within the video, and he also produced the video for Cee Cee James.
